Are you licensed and insured?

We are licensed, bonded, and fully insured for your peace of mind and the protection of your home and belongings.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us 72 hours notice for a cancellation (excluding emergencies). There is a $75 cancellation fee if we are not given proper notice.

What kinds of products do you use?

We use non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for use around those with chemical sensitivities, children, and pets.

Do we need to be present for the clean?

We do not require for anyone to be present for the clean but we do require direct communication on ways to enter the residence. We ask that all animals be secured in a room or crated for the safety of our team members.
